Nothing.... I'm not even notified when my prescriptions are ready for pick up.... Now I'm fixing to go try and pick them up and stand in line while waiting for the slowest service.
I always get prompt service, sometimes a line - but as my wife says "don't eat at a restaurant with an empty parking lot" meaning if there's a line, they must be pretty popular - I always get my notifications that my order is ready. During the "snowpocalypse" a few years ago, I managed to get a ride as far as Sumiton from near Forestdale (my car was stranded due to running out of gas because there were 100 cars at every intersection moving at a snail's pace. Took 7 hours to get to Sumiton because of the ice.) I went to the young female pharmacist on duty and explained that my twice a day medications were at home 10 miles away and it looked like I would probably be spending the night in their store. She immediately looked up my meds and got me an emergency 1 pill apiece (total of 3 different meds) refill of those particular meds. No charge. So, yeah, I rate them 5 stars.
